Pathetic app, no one takes your call at customer service. Seems this company is about to shut down

No support or escalation process in application. I have received stale food and number mentioned in the app is not working.

It is a perfect example of how good your product can be; however, if run by immature people, it will ruin the entire organization. One day, the order was confirmed; the next, it was automatically cancelled.

I have subscribed their service - no doubt the product is great but the service is the worst !!!! They will send you product as they wish and keep on charging you money for the undelivered product as well. I called the support but no support was provided I was told that my request will be handled today itself and that I will receive a call back for clarity- none of it happened. It’s the worst service - Work on it else you are just duping customers!!!!!

It keeps directing to a web page and I can’t order anything from the app. Please fix this issue.

Don’t fall prey to the over-hyped professionalism in their description. If you are ordering milk with Whyte farms, you must have a backup ready because you never know whether and when it’ll be delivered. The deliveries are unplanned, unannounced and erratic… never in time. You will often find the order delivered in your absence after you are long gone to work. And when you reach home from work, you find the bottles at your door, milk curdled. In my opinion, they should scrap their delivery chain and start selling ‘khulla doodh’ at their dairy (if at all they have one), which may be more efficient method for them.

The quality is superb but they will never deliver in time! On the other side they want us to adjust our timings according to them. No use complaining

We like the products as they are tasty and fresh.

They cannot make Delivery on-time I tried many times however they will deliver after 8 am with so many reminders

They have been unable to deliver the milk for a week now, after so many calls and various attend they have deducted my amount twice. No action even after complaint. Piece of advice - You can’t do business by earning through false manner. And Kindly find a good delivery team.
