I am using this app as per recommended by my chiropractor. I couldn’t remember most of my exercise. This apps serves as a guideline to me. And if I forgot how to do the exercise, it has videos teaching also. It also records the time and progress %. Which really motivates me to do my next exercise.

In apps, there are few things worse than a “remember me” feature that doesn’t actually remember your login. I signed in yesterday (and checked the remember me checkbox) and already it’s asking me to re-enter my username and password. This has happened multiple times and it’s a flow killer when you just want to get in and get your exercises done, and you need to do this every day. Fix this and allow us to save our sessions indefinitely, and I’ll update my rating.

J’aime beaucoup l’application qui montre bien les mouvements à faire et permet de suivre sa progression. Cependant, je ne sais pas si c’est parce que j’ai un vieux IPhone (7), mais tant et aussi longtemps que le message d’avertissement de la prochaine mise à jour apparaît, je ne peux pas accéder a l’app : il n’y a pas assez de place sur l’écran pour faire apparaître la touche permettant d’entrer dans l’app : après avoir rentré le nom d’utilisateur, je peux rentrer le mot de passe mais il n’y a pas de place pour l’affichage de la touche « accéder (?) ». Comme la prochaine mise à jour a lieu le 11 mai, c’est 5 jours sans accès !

29 Février 2024- Toujours Impossible de sauvegarder le mot de passe et nom d’usager on redemande à chaque fois que l’application est fermée et ouverte. Difficile de gérer plusieurs programmes en même temps sur différents noms d’usager (cliniques). Impossible de se déconnecter du compte à moins de fermer l’application. Pas de bouton quitter. Également le nom de Marie-Michèle apparaît comme Marie-Michèle

L’authentification et l’inscription n’ont pas fonctionné pendant 24 heures mais un coup ce problème réglé, l’application semble bien fonctionner après. L’application ne semble pas garder la session ouverte toutefois.

Be careful! App is not secure. I accidentally entered only part of my username, no password, and accessed someone else’s file. You read right…without even entering a password. I got out of there real quick and tried using my own username, skipped entering the password I used to have to enter on the old PhysioTec app and website, and again…in without a password. What is wrong with this company!!!

Si j’entre le mauvais mot de passe, l’application gèle. Je dois la supprimer et l’ouvrir à nouveau à partir d’apple Store. C’est long et peu pratique!

Great app and user friendly

I takes FOUR taps to start viewing an exercise demo video. One to tap the thumbnail to expand to a video preview, one to tap a tiny “play” button, one to then hit the big “play” button that appears overtop the video after the second tap (WHY?), and then a fourth tap to get rid of the playback controls overlay, which will otherwise obscure the video for most of its duration. Surely this can be improved. It should be a one or two tap operation. The third and fourth taps are absolutely superfluous and only serve to inconvenience the user.
