WIDEX MOMENT

Both hearing aids were pairing well with the my iphone till the updating of three days ago. Since the current updating they are too bad in pairing with iphone.

Since February update 2024 my sound doesn’t work anymore. No sound at all

Voice advice is enough to drive you crazy. Need to be able to shut it off. Also, keeps losing Bluetooth connection to HA

My hearing aids stop working in 1 ear a minute into a phone call or while listening to music. I had them sent for repair twice and both times they were just replaced. I’ve been to the Apple Store twice. There is nothing wrong with my phone and while they’re tested 2 more recent models and the same thing happens. After spending $4800 I extremely frustrated that they don’t seem to be completely compatible with iPhones. What is the issue? I have Widex Moment.

I own the top of the line moment 2400. Horrible streaming-Neural learning-Machine learning. Check otticon or starkey. Widex is so behind……had to buy starkey livio. And soon will switch to genesis when available.

I do online language on my iPhone and iPad. I have been using my hearing aids with my iPhone for privacy and was disappointed to learn I cannot do this on my iPad. That makes no sense at all. Please upgrade the app so I can use my aids with my iPad.

Recent updates have made this App not workable with my iPad which has iOS 16 loaded. Restricting the App to just iPhone and iwatch is going be hard on those of us who relied on the iPad version. Is there a plan to make it workable on iPad again?

I use on my personal and work phones. Suddenly I am losing my connection if I step away from my phone or haven’t used my phone for a period of time. Incredibly frustrating and needs a fix.
