WiGET is the companion app for the WiFiCOM and MX-TUNER 2.0 devices; it allows real time adjustment on the main engine parameters of GET ECUs,Fantic XEF-XXF ECUs, Honda CRF or and Suzuki RM-Z stock motorcycle’s ECU, directly from your iPhone or iPad.
Using WiGET the user can easily select from different pre-set map settings developed by factory, or create a custom one for its needs. Maps can also be shared between users. Depending on bike model, the app also makes it possible to: read ECU hour meter, add service notes, read diagnotics, display real time engine data, and manage user notes.
App appearance and functionalities varies depending on the connected device and ECU. Images shown may refer to: WiFiCOM on GET ECUs; WiFiCOM on Honda CRF stock ECUs; MX-TUNER 2.0 on Suzuki RM-Z stock ECUs.

Went to tweak a tune because I was riding at some lower elevation, and I felt like my bike was running a bit. Rich and I no longer have access when I am connected to my Wi-Fi and the app. If I select on the tune and go to edit it, it just shows a blank screen when I double tap on the parameters I want to change.
Decent but needs more
I run several bikes. With this Ecu. I am able to download newer maps from the Athena website and put them on my EXC-F but when I try to do the same on my 300 xc-w, the Calib. Upgrade option is always greyed out.
Quirky
There are several things that I don’t care for in this app. Most notably is how buggy it is. The app frequently hangs & is unable to read the Get ecu. When this happens, the only solution is to delete & reinstall the app. When you do this, all saved information is deleted as well, including vehicle profiles, maintenance logs, stored ecu maps, & all notes since the info is stored in your phone & not the ecu. I have learned that it is a waste of time to keep maintenance logs or notes in the app-useless features with all the app bugs. Other things I don’t care for is the lack of feedback in the app. It does not inform which map is loaded, if gpa/launch control is part of the map, & that I have to manually download ecu stored maps every time the app is reloaded instead of reading them automatically when the vehicle profile is created. Also disappointing is there is no ability to download other maps without the $500+ Maya software & dongle. I suspect that Athena considers this a safety feature, but it is sad for a $1000 piece of equipment. For my bike, a KTM 300TPI, the app/ecu combination constantly records a an erroneous P0650 error (malfunctioning indicator light) even though the single indicator light works fine. Athena, please minimally fix the bugs!! I tired of reloading the app to clear your bugs!!!!!
Needs more work
Needs to indicate which map is being used. You can delete the map on the app but the Get ECU module still keeps it in memory and can’t be erased. If you delete app from you phone then reload and import information from module you’ll see the program again. But not being able to see what the current map you are running is the big one.
Needs work
The app is super basic. It works but doesn’t give ample feedback. There needs to be some real-time feedback while the bike is running. For example: which map is loaded, and what position the map switch is in according the the ecu. There isn’t a way to edit traction control. There isn’t (to my knowledge) a way to open a custom map from a friend who has the unit. I can share a map but I can’t figure a way to open a map. There is no way to see what a custom map has had done to it. everything is zeroed out. If your certified seller messed something up you’d never know it because all you see is zeroes on the tuning page. If you change maps on your ecu and then go into the system info for your bike, it won’t update to show you the new maps you’ve loaded. It’ll only show what map was loaded by your seller. Needs lots of work.
Athena GET on a 2019 KTM 250EXC-F
I am giving the GET Widget app a 2 star review because the support for my 2019 KTM 250EXC-F is hobbled in comparison to the functionality available for the larger EXC bikes in the app. The entire hardware and software product as a whole for the bike still helps address the short coming of the stock bike ECU. But paying for one thing, and then ending up with a subset of functionality, is disappointing.
