Order product using this app. Everyday getting messages like my order is packed but they are not shipping citing logistics issue. Amused by their response in this era of quick commerce.

Very slow and lot of bugs are there

I have raised a return request as per policy but their delivery partner not come to pickup my return and when I called customer care they told me to send this to our wear house and all.very bad customer experience don’t go for wildcraft product ever.

Don’t download and waste your time one of the worst application and its return policy is headache they are unable to refund amount and taken months to refund….

Unable to login with email id.

Don’t order anything from the WilfCraft application or website. Customer Support will gives you the experience of Hell. Order the same from Amazon or other application as they will take the responsibility of any issues. Worst Service by WildCraft.

Application works very slowly and delivery of product takes too much time.

Worst app ever, nothing works properly. I tried to add a product on the cart, after sometime on the home page at bag icon it is showing that I have added the product but when I go to bag section it says no product added.

I bought a product from the website and wanted to return due to size issue. Wildcraft team couldn’t arrange a pick up for me and asked me ship the product on my expense and even promised me they will reimburse the shipping charges. Now its been a month I am following up for my refund but the team is looking for multiple excuses not to refund my money and I don’t think they will ever refund my money. My money is just lost now. I would never recommend this company anybody. They have the worst customer service team.
