Отличное приложение! Мне сильно не хватало. Рекомендую.

I like the the idea of this app but the terrible spelling makes it hard to work out what the responses should be some of the time. For suc an expensive app, I find this very unprofessional.

Currently using this wonderful app to help decrease the problems I’m having with anxiety and anxiety induced insomnia. The regular mindful meditation is really helping me to ease tension and relax as well as preventing me from being tempted to deviate to ‘screen time’ when I can’t switch off at night. The relaxing music is also a calming addition to a whole host of app attributes. It really has helped me drift off to sleep at night as well as sleep for longer periods making me feel happier and confident within my self when I wake up in the mornings as opposed to feeling exhausted and anxious for the day ahead. There’s just so much within this app for a whole host of lifestyle issues you may be having and ways in which you can improve on this for a happier you.

Few minutes per day to complete activities and I feel that I control my life far better than before. Recommend to anyone ✅

I’m so in love with this app! ...what I didn’t expect is how much my young daughters would love it too. The music is so relaxing for them to drift of to sleep to and is making bedtime a joy. Making a list is so therapeutic and I feel like I’m progressing in my life challenges. 100 percent recommend this very diverse and pleasant will power app. Not overwhelming and deffo one to try

It was a surprise to see a helpful app and that it will be used on a daily to weekly basis for me personally. It is interesting and has plenty of content within, there is something to help with everything going wrong in your life. Or just something you wanna change!. 10/10

This app provides a great library of content to help with various life improvements, including meditation and dietary changes. I found the tracking feature on this app very helpful and motivational. I would recommend this app to others who need a routine to complete their lifestyle goals.
