No customer service, no yoga in the pregnancy subscription
Great app, but there is no customer service support. I’ve reached out with account issues a few times over the 3 years I’ve subscribed to it and I’ve never received responses to my emails. My one complaint about the app itself is that the yoga videos give modifications for pregnant participants, but yoga is not available in the pregnancy subscription. It was disappointing to switch from a regular subscription to a pregnancy subscription and realize that I no longer had access to the yoga content. I love the yoga videos and would have appreciated them even more during my pregnancy.
Love the Wilma App!
I just finished the 6 week pelvic floor exercises this last week after having my first baby. I did the pregnancy subscription my whole pregnancy too. Let me just say, my diastasis recti was minimal, and I feel amazing! This week I start the regular at home workouts, that I’m going to ease myself into. Every pregnant mamma needs to do your workouts to help understand the pelvic floor! 🤍 Meg is amazing!

I have been doing the Wilma app for a few years now and I love it! As a busy mom, this easily fits into my schedule, and leaves me feeling so strong! It has helped my mental, physical and emotional health. I did the pregnancy guide throughout my full pregnancy, and never felt better! I what an emergency c section and because of the workouts I did, I was able to bounce back pretty fast! I was so grateful for all the weights I lifted that made it so I could bounce my baby in my arms when I wasn’t able to stand! I was thankful for the core work Meg had trained us through that made it so I still had strength. After I recovered, the diastasis recti program was incredible! I have never been stronger in my life and I owe it to Meg! She is so encouraging in every workout and makes each day better! Thanks for making the best workout app ever!!

Wow, I am blown away with the quality of this app! I have always been one to create my own workouts and after having my first baby back in May I wanted some help cause I knew my brain was going to have less capacity, but I still wanted to invest in my fitness. The workouts Meg creates are so frieken good. The home workouts were the perfect transition back from my postpartum break and helped me build my strength back to begin the gym workouts. I can do all the workouts from my home gym which makes it even better. The app is so easy to use and the workouts are easy to follow. She lays it all out and makes it easy for me to get my workouts in. Not to mention its such a steal of a price for the quality you get! Thanks Meg and team you guys are killing it!

Honestly Life Changing
I have been using Wilma for over 2 years now and I can honestly say it has changed my life… After doing the workouts consistently (when I felt well enough) through out my 5th pregnancy, I recovered so much quicker than with my other babies. My diastasis recti was better in just a few months postpartum than it was 4 years postpartum with my last baby!! I love Meg’s positive approach to health and fitness. I also love not thinking about my workouts ahead of time and just diving right in knowing I’ll have a well rounded lineup for the week. I’m just super grateful my friend introduced me to this app!!
