This is ridiculous! I have spent days on this app just trying to get it to download! Plus I’ve probably lost all my WScore and free play! Why don’t someone fix this problem!

This app consistently has issues and they’re never patched… seems like the devs don’t even care. This app is a waste of time and storage

Once you start earning a certain amount of wscore just from spinning the daily wheel and I mean every single day, so that’s going to be 5x the amount you land on, that’s when it starts acting up! It prevented me multiple times from spinning and when it does work, I have to start over as if it’s the first time. I reached out to customer support about this before and the only thing he could tell me was to delete the app or update it. Didn’t need an update and don’t make sense to keep deleting and adding the app if the same issue is going to keep happening! I’m over it at this point.

Reading the reviews, they are extremely accurate. We can only hope that they lose business and close down like some others have. Don’t spend your hard earned money here. Truly a disgrace.

Since the update it asks me to put in a payment method with it and it immediately tries to take out subscription for iCloud storage. I thought wind creek app was free to play. I cant sign in to Casinoverse either. I’m not happy with this update. It has wiped out everything

This application is complete trash. 1. You cannot withdraw money online without jumping through hoops and then it denies it 2. It took my money and showed a zero balance 3. Char feature is completely worthless 4. You won’t win. Odds are ridiculous DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING MONEY. EVEN WHEN YOU WIN, YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW. NEED $500 balance to do a check I REPEAT do not use this app

I have been visiting the WindCreek casino for 12 years. I went the WindCreek Casino on July 17, 2024 thinking I was going to be able to play my free play. I was totally wrong. I was told that I had to play the casino version with the sapphire in order for me to receive my free play. There is no where stated that I had to play the sapphire version in order for to me to redeem my free play. I had enough points with old version, but I could not redeem. I was totally upset because I drove two half hours to get there and be told you have use the sapphire version in order to redeem your free play. Please can someone show me where this is stated or this a rule the WindCreek is making up alone the way.

This app is by far thee worst casino app I have ever had the displeasure of using!! I was unaware that if you let other ppl use your device to login to their own account bc said person didn’t have internet at the time, they as in “management” will then take it upon themselves to deactivate your account (give you no explanation as to why UNLESS you contact support just for them to finally tell you why then not give you a chance to explain & then tell you you are not allowed to reopen your account) so honestly I am glad I can’t waste my money on them any more!!

Never had any problem playing this game before but once I did the update, I cannot play the game anymore. Everything goes black after the first entry on the game.
