Frustrating
Not a very user friendly app. Trouble adding devices and staying in app. Had to add multiple times - not recognizing device, reboot etc.

Product doesn’t matter if app is trash
I can’t even register my device. The app doesn’t even let you set it up. It won’t let you select a device from the serial number. Such a buggy app. Why are they even selling them for so expensive if they can invest in an app that actually works. Why are all the reviews negative. Fix your app! It doesn’t matter how good your product is, if people can’t use the app!!!
App is trash, product is not.
This app is a piece of garbage. Deleted and downloaded several times and it crashes 99.9% of the time. Last update was 2018. Not sure why they sell this product with instructions on to specifically download this app to connect the 2.0 Winegard WiFi dome. I purchased the SIM card version dome. Downloaded the “Halo RV” app to connect it to which works but doesn’t get the option to do automatic updates through app and still have to do it manually. Both apps definitely need work.

This is right up there with the worst software I have used in years! It’s a real struggle to make it work at all…….. 👎
The app is useless
I gave it one star bc the App Store doesn’t allow 0 stars. The app uses a QR code to connect to the antenna, but the app is incapable of reading the QR code that’s printed on the device, so forget about all that pie on the sky stuff about testing the signal strength and figuring out the best position for the antenna.
Can’t even get in
App won’t even let me create an account or sign in. I have a wingard account online. But app doesn’t recognize it so tried to create a new one and says unauthorized. Can’t get my wingard to work on my new Motorhome. Useless app and system.
Winegard is Garbage
I don’t understand at all why Winegard products are even a thing. Complete waste of money and time. And any application that has anything to do with Winegard is also trash. Run, run as fast as you can.
Absolute GARBAGE!
Hopefully you read this before you spend money on the equipment. This system is TERRIBLE! It won’t connect to certain Wi-Fi devices, doesn’t have 4G signal so you can buy data…. And the data is super expensive. Run very fast away from this junk!
App won’t allow me to sign on
The app doesn’t authorize me once I’ve set up an account. I can’t “reset up account” or “forgot password”. It is absolutely useless.
