Wings Mobile

I live in Missouri and I really like the fact that I can pull the app up and check my balance and transfer money if I need to. Thank you Wings.

Harder/less intuitive to use. Mobile deposits have been delayed… it cost me a chunk of change in fees at a time when I was really struggling. This Paired with deteriorating customer service at Wings. Not one to write bad reviews but I am currently looking for new bank over this…. Really disappointing.

Have been a user of the ios version since its inception and actually prefer the old version because of its simplicity. The new version has better "eye candy" but simple and ease of use trumps visual aesthetics. Nevertheless the new version works fine and still my go to for all things Wings

The new update was well overdue. The app is now in the 21st century, showing important information easily and loading quickly!

I love the new app. It took a bit to adjust but I love the intuitive nature of the app and the new functionality. The alerts are improved and the ability to move money to and from external accounts is much better. Also, if there’s something I can’t figure out, the instructional videos on the Wongs web site are great.

Really enjoying it. Easy to sign in.

They have a recently updated app that is easy to use and I couldn’t live without. Facial recognition sign in is excellent and I can quickly move money or look up my account activity. Highly recommend.

Solid app. It does everything I need it to do, plus I’m sure a lot I don’t even know about!

I love the large font, bold numbers, clearly defined accounts sections. That’s a BIG improvement. Also like the ease of editing transactions to clear out the clutter. Don’t know yet if system will remember repeating transactions and auto-edit to match user’s previous data. I request to eliminate the need to go to the menu to logout. It’s one step too many. LOGOUT command should be a bright color button - like yellow - and always visible. Make it easy.
