I can't open my app
Every time that I try open to configure my Schlage door. Close the app... Why???
Doesn't work
Can't connect to wi-fi.
Horrible
No innovation, product only works 1/3rd of the time. Last couple of days some Home Sitter service constantly and randomly turns my lights off and the app is SO poor and broken you can’t even access the section of the app where the home sitter settings are displayed. Screen churns trying to access it on the app then just gives up and shows a blank screen. Spend your money and time somewhere else … AVOID!
Please Update the app!
The app is four years old. Something isn't compatible anymore. The "services" tab won't even open anymore!

In 2024 there is no excuse to download this. Just don’t. This is a failure of capitalism brought to life by celebrity entrepreneur Will.i.am. A technological tragedy of our day.
Do I have to pay just to control an air conditioner remotely?
Scummy practices. And you wonder why my GE Aros air conditioner was given to me for free. To protest the outrageous monthly fee, do not use this app.

So initially, after you buy the smart device accessory you didn’t have to purchase a subscription to use the device at the time of writing this it’s at 1.8 stars which I think is still too high for this app
