I spent 2 pucks to claim a reward, was supposed to get an email within 72 hrs with further instructions but it never arrived. No response from support.

this app signed me out due to inactivity, which is fine. i just tried to sign back in but forgot my password. after hitting the “forgotten password” button i was informed that a code would be sent to my email, which is standard. however, no code was forthcoming! i checked that i had entered the correct email address from previous correspondence, i checked the trash and junk files but nothing was delivered! i tried this multiple times. this junky app won’t send a confirmation email. this is the pinnacle of incompetence with regards to app design. how are you going to expect me to spend even a penny with this trash if you can’t master sending a flipping email? terrible, just awful

Website won’t come up and it’s blank. On my iPad it works but my new iPhone 16 pro max it doesn’t tried setting and everything not working other then that the app is great

I installed this app to see the schedule for the Jets. What a mistake!! There should be a tab that says “Schedule” WRONG!!! Been looking for the schedule for an hour after downloading it. Lots of useless info about the Manitoba Moose, but no schedule. The NHL app is more useful. I only give it one star because it won’t let me rate it zero

It’s refreshing to see such a polished and professional app.

This is a good app, but it doesn’t report on enough news, it only reports on the big Jets and Moose news so I have to go to other apps to get get my Jets information.

These reviews are a joke. No say g this about the collection of reviews. I have tried to leave several reviews criticizing g the app’s total lack of support but they never show up in this list.

The siren notification is at times a good minute or two (sometimes even more) behind the actual goal! Why bother having the feature if it can’t happen when the goal actually happens!
