Useless app at this point, the city did not renew the service contract and now the app is broken. Not sure who is at fault here, I do know the app does not work at all. Was told there will be a new app in January if 2024. Where is it? Great work City of Winnipeg, how did you let his happen? Zero planning from city hall as expected. Keep spending my tax money.

The app doesn’t work at all. Keep getting a message that it can’t connect to the server
Say's it can't connect to the server
It always just tells me that it is unable to connect to server.
Currently not working. Can’t search. My holds list is out of date. Can’t edit it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it can’t connect to the server.
It says I don’t have connection so I cannot access the app but the connection is available. The rest of my apps are working.
Works only about half the time. Annoying. Unreliable
Currently cannot search for books in the catalogue. My account is showing items that I’ve already returned as still in transit.
When I open the app it’s a black screen saying I’m not connected to a network even though I am. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and restarted my phone multiple times with no luck.
