Won’t connect to the server. Wasted loads of time fannying around with this useless software.

When the app works it is good but it links to the company I use to type my work. However they have to consistently release licences for it to work. It also sometimes stops working for no reason and remains offline. This means work cannot be sent. It needs to be more stable. The app itself for dictating is good but so many issues around it though.

It needs a bit of work on the server to set it up, along with extra licence costs, but once up and running it works well. Biggest issue is lack of background uploading, and no upload progress indicator. You just have to make sure you have a decent 3G or better internet connection, leave the program open and wait for jobs to upload.
