The young

Town Bank in the market University student union building. Those guys are great.

I banked with and started off at the Marquette University, bank right in the student union there I don’t know the gentleman name, but I think he was the head of the maybe the manager of the bank. He always have nothing but a warm very warm greeting for me, for this is not so computer savvy lady here and there are a couple of others that treat me with such respect. I know it’s everyone they treat well but I feel so special coming in there. Maybe I’m the oldest person that come in there.lol lol and maybe not I work at a grocery store and it happened to see a lady with her debit card with her and I noticed that it was a Townbank debit card. I said hey sister and she said hey I said I bank with Town Bank myself you know just making small talk ,She said oh I love them , I think I may know this young man’s name, but I don’t want to say it wrong, but I’ll say this if you ever find out who he is, please tell him that Denise want to give him the best review ever actually the bank itself in Marquette University student union those guys are awesome. Thank you so much for letting me speak my peace.

Minor league app

This is an unsophisticated banking app with some funky aspects. Issues regularly occur and although they get addressed, it takes more time than it should. Time I don’t like to waste.

Best customer service

Dawn Pease is the best one that help me alot with this bank account … Wonderful person who has patience with me!!! 😊

Zelle Doesn't Work

Great bank great app but this Zelle function never works and when it goes out it takes forever for there to be a patch or fix.

Extra click on bill pay

The app is very good except that bill pay defaults to recently paid. I have to change that almost 100% of the time in order to pay bills. I think I looked for a recently paid bill once. Otherwise, I’m going there to pay a bill. It’s an extra step to change it.

Zelle not working

App has always been great. But since their last update Zelle will not open or work. Pulls up a blank screen. So can’t send money to anyone. Tried going thru the Zelle app and it redirects you back to Wintrust stating a Zelle account is already created thru Wintrust. Please fix. Thanks

I love the features I’m offered - plus the help I get when I’m having trouble logging in and other issues.
