Can’t restore my previous subscription from the AppStore. “Restore Failed: The operation couldn’t be completed”. (KGAAuthErrorDomain error -4,” Bought the new subscription from wired.com (unlimited web + digital magazine). Charged my money and nothing. “An email with your account details will be sent to you shortly.” 3 days and nothing. Such a shame seeng this. Give me back my money.
C'mon guys, if you sell subscription, why don't you make app work again? It's a crap!
Worst ever!
Одно из самых известных изданий о IT и вообще о всех гик-вещах. Сам журнал очень даже неплох, есть интересные, оригинальные статьи, но тот факт, что на каждую страницу контента приходится страница рекламы просто убивает. Впечатление, как от сайта, забитого баннерами. Для платного издания это просто неприемлимо.
It would be really nice if Conde Nast or whoever is responsible for the app support and development would finally fix this horrible bug: Error During Download Cannot start the download because the file is missing or invalid For those who can't figure it out: you need to sign out and download will be nice and smooth.

После покупки невозможно загрузить только что оплаченный выпуск, выдает ошибку отсутствующего файла. Попробовал приобрести предыдущий - такая же фигня. Верните мои 8 баксов!
Got a digital subscription and it’s not verified by their systems. Send emails to customer care who verified my subscription and send me instructions that do not work. I address the issue tones of times and all of the reps send me the same instructions as if they are not listening. Honestly how can you position yourself as a publication of all things digital and the future and whatever when you cannot handle stuff like that. Money out the window for me. Stay away
My subscription was the worst experience. 1) I was charged far more than what was shown to me when I chose to subscribe, 40 eur instead of 10. 2) I never received I single copy of the magazine. 3) Worst of all, I tried to cancel my subscription but the site is designed to make cancellation so difficult that after 30 minutes I gave up. Days later I tried again with no luck and I have now requested by email to cancel. Let’s see if this works. Unacceptable experience from the beginning to the end.
I've never downrated an app before, but this one crashes on my iPad 2 as soon as I upgraded it to iOS 6. Launching the app shows the splash screen... and then it kicks you back to the iPad main screen. Quit the app, reboot the iPad, the works. Nada. It keeps on crashing. Oh, how nice, I'm paying for the privilege of not being able to read the magazine :( Well, when it was working it was a good magazine app.
