Cannot see order cannot see chat. Complicated.

It shows notifications but i can’t see the Order & I can’t see the chat.. not sure what this app is for.. 2 thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼

Totally can’t see the customers inquiries, can’t ans the customer in time , bad service and not user friendly

I never ever see an app like Qoo10, each above not have to download an App! Why not all in one App? Complicated

Lousy customer service!! There will push your problem here and there end up no reply!! They will block people account without a reason!! When I share link in proper way to my friends to purchase, there just act blur and never give Affiliate reward!! I joined as their member since 2014 now really disappointed to purchase item from them!! NOT RECOMMENDED THIS ONLINE PLATFORM!!

Accidentally update the app and I was in for a big shock! The livestore which I followed can’t be found anyway. It usual to be so easy to see the livestore now I have to literally search for each livestore. Qoo10 live is getting so ridiculous with each new update. They are just pushing more customers away with each update. Total disappointment!

The Attendance Spinning Wheel is gone. It’s something I look forward to doing daily. There is nothing to catch in MameGo. Cannot access Live Stores to find good deals to make a purchase. I have opening this app to browse as there is nothing to look forward to. Once I use up of all Qpoints and $ in my A/C, I am going to kill this app.

Cannot get into the older Forums after the update. In this latest iOS version, chat forums are available only in newly created communities. AND users who have not updated cannot get into the communities. Now there is huge disconnect. What a crappy version!

Getting bad to worst !!! Can’t enter forums to share stuff!!! Gonna abandon Q10 and live 10!!! So disgusted !!!
