The new app is…not good. Scrolling is clumsy, where you can’t stop where you want. It takes you either up or down on the page, to predetermined stopping points. When navigating your account, you constantly get prompted to sign in again and again after you’ve already signed in. It even prompts you to sign in, WHILE on the screen it has an option for you to sign out. If I can sign out, then I’m already signed in! If you recognize that I’m signed in, why are you making me sign in again? Ugh! So frustrating and confusing! Are there different levels of security to my account, and how many times must I sign in before I finally reach the ‘Top Secret’ level of my own account? It’s very cumbersome and extremely annoying. It makes me not want to ever use this app. If I’ve signed in once, I’M SIGNED IN. STOP MAKING ME SIGN IN AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Badger Basketball is participating in March Madness and the link in your app for the game audio is a discussion about neutering and spaying your pets?????

Can’t purchase tickets through the app, refuses to accept my card, and won’t tell me why. I am not going to the uwbadgers.com web site just to pay an extra $10 for a transaction fee for one seat. The price should be the same as it is here. FIX THE APP.

I downloaded this so I can participate in the light show and that is not part of this app as advertised ughhh!! Really unhappy

Volleyball game start notifications not working

Cool site and idea. Basic things that people actually want to use this for are terrible. How do I set a password? Mobile phone and address links aren’t working properly. It’s difficult to navigate

Even when it’s not being glitchy this app needs improvement. Live stats has gotten more difficult to access. It’s even difficult to find the score when a game is in progress.

This is a great app for a Badger fan but wish it would allow you play radio feed in Bluetooth and CarPlay

It’s full of glitches, and it doesn’t seem to actually sync with your account.
