Wiser Home

This is a great app but I would love the ability to either add 2 accounts and view them simultaneously or add 2 hubs onto 1 account. Currently we have 2 boilers - as only 1 hub can go on one account, I have to have 2 separate accounts and log out/in for each account every time I want to change or view each one.

This system was installed 9 days ago and stopped working on my phone 2 days ago! I deleted the app and reinstalled and still it will not load so i have No access to my heating system unless i can figure out manually how to set the heating timer for throughout the night, this Really is Not good at all as i suffer with arthritis and my husband has MS! Absolutely Rubbish!

Presets are great but what would make it even better would be adding the ability to manually set the duration of the boost using a slider, for both hot water and heating.

The system is great and fit my life perfectly It would be great if you could turn a smart plug on a timer like you can each radiator. Also an additional 15 minute option on the heating would be useful

Useless system

Easy set up, and easy to use, Recommend ++, Had an issue with my heating while on holiday abroad, WISER worked so well & had all my issues resolved, Recommended 100%

Try to avoid using this if at all possible. The app is the worst app I have ever encountered. It just doesn’t work properly. I can’t even download now (after deleting and trying to reboot) on my personal mob; it just states loading your data. The Bluetooth connectivity is woeful. It drives me mad.

Was a great app until recently. Now the Home Screen is blank and I can’t tell the temperature of any rooms without clicking on them. Also randomly boosted one of my rooms to 27deg while I was out and I came home to a sauna. I hope they sort these issues, if not I’ll have to go back to a manual thermostat.

Everything worked perfectly, and then an update rendered it completely and utterly useless. Another update allegedly fixed the problems with it not connecting to the hub, but although it now intermittently shows the unit, it still won't let me adjust the temperature. After a brief warm spell a couple of weeks ago I lowered the setting while it was working, but temperatures have dropped again and we're now cold 24/7. Don't waste your money.

And design the most unintuitive way of a user inputting a heating schedule, short of writing it down on a piece paper and posting it to wiser, they could not have come up with something worse than what’s implemented here. Please, dear God, fix this mess.
