Appreciate the efficient and accurate supply of purchase items. No fuss or delay in receiving. Damaged items are replaced within the stipulated time frame given.
Products are great but the shipping costs are higher than other sites.
Shipping charges for multiple orders to a single address would be better as one not according to number of orders
The delivery price expensive
This is the best and most interesting site. Although quality is not always there. Had several incident but the return policy was swift and kept me coming back with the assurance of after sale service by wish and not necessary seller. Better than Shopee the return was bad.

Delivery time is not properly tracked or has error on the tracking. Some items have been delivered but still tracked as shipped. While other items are said to be with local carrier but take longer than estimated time to be delivered.

I did not receive my product which I had ordered one month ago. I bought a pair of high heel shoes and until today I did not receive it or any notification send to me about the progress of my product and not a single msg was sent. Can I know what went wrong and why the platform is not doing the job. That’s makes me very angry
