WISHUPON - Shopping Wishlist

I cant get my personal link to my wishlist, only to app

I like this app, it helps me keep track of items I want to buy that I wouldn’t purchase at the rrp. There are two issues however. Firstly- you often get informed of price drops too late and items have sold out or returned to the original price. Sometimes, even checking instantly, the price is incorrect. The second, and for me the worst, is that you don’t get to select which types of notifications to receive and these have gotten increasingly more “spammy”. I appreciate that using a free app means seeing advertising, but to be so frequently contacted by useless and irrelevant push notifications is quite frustrating. Ultimately, in its current state, the app doesn’t work reliably enough for the spam notifications to be tolerable. Hopefully this will be remedied soon otherwise I will have to delete at the next update

I just want an app like the Amazon wishlist so I can put on my Christmas likes, share with family and friends and then when they buy a gift they can tick it off so the others know it has been purchased. That’s it. This seems over complicated. I can’t seem to make a wishlist, only a collection. I can’t see where this ‘reserve’ function is. My family have now had to set up a WhatsApp group to discuss who has bought what. Not ideal, will have to try an alternative for next year

TL:DR: Get “Karma” App instead. It’s free and does everything this app does but better. WishUpon, a wishlist app that promises to simplify your online shopping experience, unfortunately falls short of its potential. While it does offer a few convenient features, its overall performance and EXCESSIVE notifications hinder its usability. One of the most frustrating aspects of WishUpon is the barrage of notifications it bombards users with throughout the day. These notifications often serve as mere promotional messages, lacking any customisation options to remove them to individual preferences. ITS SO ANNOYING HAVING THESE CONSTANT NOTIFICATIONS. And you cannot turn them off. Inaccuracy regarding price drops is another significant drawback of WishUpon. Users may find themselves excitedly clicking on an alert only to discover that the price drop information is completely incorrect. Such inaccuracies undermine the app's primary purpose, causing users to question its reliability. To exacerbate matters, WishUpon bombards users not only with push notifications but also with email notifications, creating an overwhelming influx of unwanted messages. This excessive approach to notifications feels intrusive and diminishes the overall user experience. One of the few redeeming qualities of WishUpon is its ability to organize items into folders. This feature allows users to categorize their wishlists, making it easier to manage and find specific items. Additionally, the app's automatic linking feature, which seamlessly connects items to the app, simplifies the process of adding products to your wishlist. Regrettably, these positives are overshadowed by the app's insistence on pushing users to download the "plus" version. This persistent promotion becomes extremely annoying and detracts from the overall enjoyment of using the app. In conclusion, WishUpon fails to deliver on its promise of being an efficient wishlist app. Excessive and intrusive notifications, inaccurate price drop alerts, and pushy promotions for the "plus" version detract from what could have been a useful tool for organizing and tracking desired items. Until these issues are addressed, it's difficult to recommend WishUpon as a reliable and enjoyable wishlist app. I strongly recommend to all to get the alternative app called “Karma”. It offers the same features to WishUpon but with vastly superior execution and no need to pay. Karma offers customisable notifications, accurate price drop alerts,

I’ve been using this app for a while, and it’s super useful, especially considering how easy it is to access even within safari, and how it auto-enters price, title and pictures. Some things which would definitely bring this up to five stars, would be if a “total price” section for a collection, (so you’d know how much it costs without having to add it yourself manually) and if it stored the link so you could find the item again later without having to search it up. Other than that, great app :-)

Such a good app to organise everything into categories love it!! Defo a need for new year if you want to be more organised

This APP IS THE BEST I RECOMMEND GETTING IT but I think you should add more shops

I used to bookmark every page of something I wanted to buy this is so much more organised, aesthetically pleasing and efficient. I would love if there was a feature to add a note or coupon note. For example, when an influencer posts it an item with a discount code or coupon. Would be nice to be able to note that down.
