I downloaded the app 2 days prior to my planned trip and it was my only option . I proceeded to order my trip and selected cash only to see that I can’t pay in cash I need to deposit using a credit card on the app wallet then I’ll be able to pay in cash which just doesn’t make sense honestly the worst app ever

I have taken two trips with the luxury category for me and my wife and the captain did not follow the navigation and they charged me 6 kd for it and refuse to refund the amount. Very bad service careem is better

I had booked an ultra lux car and scheduled a ride in advance. They confirmed the booking with me and said that a mercedes S class 2024 model would pick us up. I had to top up wallet with 25 KD to book the car. Then they last minute changed our booking to a lexus which actually costs 10 KD. It is unreliable and do not download.

They show cars available at the current moment but at the time of booking they change the car categories to a version bad than the previous one and if u request them to send the car u previously booked they say its not available

WIYAK IS A SCAM THEY CHANGED OUR RIDE LAST MINUTE WITHOUT NOTICE AND REFUSED TO SHIFT IT BACK WILL NEVER USE AGAIN IT IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL PLS DO NOT USE
