Annoying limitations
Lectures usually have only one view available, sometimes when your watching the lecture and you try to pause / play the video, you might swipe and the video will be closed. (Swipping takes you back to course window) what's annoying is that you will be out of views while you didn't finish with your lecture yet, you will have to contact support and wait for them to answer and help and go through a cycle that wastes your time while some of the students be on a revision night and they have no time to waste, just like me now to be honest, I accidently swipped and the video closed and it says I have no views while I didnt finish with my lecture yet, now I have to wait for the working hours of the customer support and waste a few hours of my time, why not just raise the views to be 2 instead of 1 incase such thing happens or just add an option that allows you to continue watching the video if you accidently closed the video somehow, so that was all and this is my honest feedback on the app, I only use it because one of the professors teaching me is using the app, otherwise compared to other apps that I use with different professors, this is the worst app out of em all.
