Wonderful content and easy to use - some tech issues
Whenever I watch a video, it freezes at the end and won’t roll into the next video. I have to go back to main menu before starting the next lesson video.
I love the information and the goals. I’m hoping to stick with it.
Loving my new habits
I am loving this program. Learning about heathy eating and changing the way I view food. The right foods are beginning to taste good. Eating slow and stopping eating when I feel full. I can do this. I feel better, I am sleeping better.

Different approach
What I love about Wondr is that it is a difference in how you think about food rather than avoidance of food or calorie counting. It is a lifestyle change that is done in a reasonable pace, so that it is maintainable and you can enjoy your favorite foods. It encourages me to move as well and I love the reminders and accountability that the app provides!

Something that I can finally do
I’ve always been super skeptical of weight loss programs, especially the self-help ones. This program is more than the usual ”stick with it you can do it!” attitude. This one has great skills that actually seem to work. Give it a try, what have you got to lose?

Having these videos as a reference and review of things we all probably know, is fantastic! I love the skills that are taught, and that eating mindfully is better than a diet mindset!

No calorie counting!!! No “dieting!” I love that it actually teaches how to eat, when to eat, why we eat, etc. It changes the way you think about food and your relationship to the food.
New way of thinking
This program is so easy to follow! Of course it’s a mindset but they teach you to program that mindset while being mindful of how the body works and how to listen to it. I lost 4.5 pounds the first couple weeks, not changing at all what I eat but only how much of it I eat. You get excited for the new week to begin, you get new video lessons while of course still practicing what you’ve learned in the prior weeks. I’ve always been the type to eat everything on my plate not wanting things to go to waste. Not any longer (things still don’t go to waste it just takes longer to eat them). This plan works and I’m learning to enjoy my food, ‘listen” to my body signals; I’m losing weight, saving money (grocery bills), enjoying the food, and feeling better.
