Woober

My impression is you have more interest building apps than actually running a reliable business. Booked a train to the station, the night before. Needless to say didn’t arrive but no warning, constantly 5 mins away but tracked car not getting any closer. Frantically called them hoping to find out what was going on, just an automated robotic voice telling me that the driver is “5 minutes away”. Not the first time, my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt.

It asks for your mobile number and then sends a code that never comes so you click send a new code which it sends you the code it needed before so you can’t create an account because it never gives you the right code.

Most expensive app

Not only does it charge you extra 40p for just stopping at a red light, but any slight movement adds on extra as well. It charged me £1 the other day even tho I didn’t book anything/cancel any rides?? BIGGES SCAM GOING!!!!

Poor service, driver was 16m late and on top of that went to the wrong pick up point!! Customer service was apologetic but overall really bad experience!!

If you are in Worcester and you need a ride - Woober should be your first option always. Great service.

I have used Woober for awhile now and I can say they are wonderful! The drivers are very professional and friendly and will even help with your bags. I highly recommend them!

I downloaded the app and it asks for mobile number but when I enter it I get a pop up notification saying ‘somethings gone wrong’ and throws me back to the start You might need to look into this

Every time I put my phone number in to start it says it’s not working and to try again. Can’t even get onto the app to use it.

What a very pleasant experience using Woober today for the first time. Easy to use and a comfortable ride. Drivers very pleasant and helpful. Thank you 😃
