Massive help in navigating a massive festival

Because the reception is so bad in the festival the app cannot function properly. How are you mean to find bands without a filter for this. Gave up even using the app to plan my festival and only used for Lake tickets, which is another waste of time because you have to queue up for a wristband anyway.

I get it, there’s a lot of info to convey about the festival. But the app isn’t designed with the user in mind. It’s hard to navigate a massive programme of events, and many events have multiple repeated entries to scroll through (yes I mean the same day, time, venue - not different events on different days). Adding events to your personalised programme is laggy and often needs multiple taps until it accepts it. The map disappears when you navigate close to the edge of it. There’s a shuttle bus map which is useless - the route isn’t shown anywhere. The boxes aren’t explained (are they stops? Are they they buses?) and the boxes cover so much of the map you can’t see it any way. The map also has so little detail you don’t even know where you are on it.

Not very helpful

Hard to navigate, Programme appears to have hardly any acts, can’t find acts through search buttons. Confusing and very unhelpful.

How could it be so bad? Every previous year it was a great app. Not this year!! Keeps kicking me out and my friends too! The locations are ordered randomly not alphabetically. Can not find what I want. Total total rubbish. I will for the first time get a paper program.

This app is difficult to navigate and the functionality is broken. I can’t book workshops or lake tickets. When favourite ing the items on the program it crashes and forces me back to the start. This is my first season at Woodford and I’m really excited but I can’t plan ahead like I want to. I’ll wait until I arrive at the festival and use a paper program and go to the info desk to make bookings. I hope the festival receives a refund from the developers

great festival. Unusable app. Crashes repeatedly and predictably on attempting to use programme.

The location filter in the “program” crashes if you try to select a location. Impossible to use.

This 19/20 app just isn’t nice - and maybe I’m missing something but it doesn’t have the features that made festival planning so cool in previous years.
