I was looking for an app like this for a long time. Usually I’d use a dictionary app and then another app to write down the words I wanted to remember or just take a screenshot of them. But I just never got around to review them properly later. It’s great that every word I look for is stored automatically and the app even offers (mostly) more than one way to use it/meaning. At first I thought the price was too steep, but I took a risk anyway bc I was desperate and now I am happy I did. I don’t want to miss this app now. I use the vocabulary training option almost every day. The translation option costs extra, which was a little disappointing tbh, but its an extra that completes this app (for me). And I do need it as a non-native speaker and sometimes I just don’t unterstand the provided definition. Personally I’d say it’s worth the money. I’m more than happy with it.

Word Vault helps me a great deal to collect, remember, learn and use new words. It's as straight forward as it gets. I first bothered with the 4.99 for basicly a dictionary. But the actual value it already added to my english skills easily outguns that.

Using it daily, loving the updates! Keep up the good work!

This app is so helpful. It is exactly what I was looking for. I would love to have given it 5 stars. Two things stopped me. In the review, there are 145 words that come up for review, and I know all of them now. I have more words in the vault, but only the first 145 words ever come up for review. The second problem is that two particular words I have in the vault make the app close every time I tap those words. I think I need an update but can’t figure out how to get it. “App Support” page can’t be found. I would greatly appreciate help with these issues.

I really enjoy this app. I like that it gives you words and an associative picture with it so that you’ll remember what the word is. I also like the fact that it stores those words and pictures so they’re easily accessible if you need to refer to them or need to find a word that fits into a particular part of a sentence. It’s a really really good app. I wish that I gave announcements for new words so that you can build upon that vocabulary. You’ve already started. But overall, it is fantastic to learn vocabulary words, and they have them stick in your mind.

It will collect words, sure. But more importantly, it will help you weave the words you collect into your day-to-day life. This app does good in the world, full stop.

I’ve been using this lovely app for 5 years or so and I have to admit it’s been quite handy whenever I wanted to load numerous new words into my head. But recently, I started to grow an unsatisfactoriness ‘cause against the odd, I encountered some flaws been unable to back to the main page and sort of these weirdness. Hope to get the version I used to love…
