Word Wow Around the World

Super fun and educational!

Love the game, but based on the app privacy report, WordWow Around the World appears to ignore the "do not allow to track" signal I paid the app fee to escape ads, and I have location services turned off and use a VPN for privacy - yet it all seems to be in vain This game was still able to pinpoint my location with no input from me, and is contacting Facebook and numerous domains that are almost certainly tracking and/ir data harvesting Apple has made this very public pro-privacy stance as a marketing tool - how about actively policing apps that don't obey it?? Apple, please follow up your public stance with genuine action! Also, it would be great if users could search for apps that do NOT harvest data - I'd certainly be more inclined to buy more games etc if they were vetted and verified pro-privacy

This game is really fun and relaxing. I enjoy playing it.

I love this game, but I really like the Day Trip. I find that having to complete within a certain number of words and having to find specific words, makes it more challenging. How about a game with these requirements.

Exercise for the mind. I play when I have to wait for an appointment. Recommend 👍

Word Wow was already my favorite game, but now I’m addicted to the new day trips! I can’t wait to get home from work every night just to do them! Then if that hasn’t satisfied, I can do some more Around the World. Thanks for making the best game even better!

Love the game and it’s challenges to my spelling. Keeps mind sharp. There is one hiccup; the add to buy more bombs is only partially showing?

Freezes during game play and you have to push a lot of random letter to get it going again. Very stingy on shuffle and bomb awards. This game could use some tweaking.

I love this game I am a fan of word games and this one is one of my favorites. The only problem I have is that I play it but then the music stops and he doesn’t say anything anymore. My volume is up so I can get phone calls and I don’t have any problems in my other games

Someone recommended Word Wow to me after I said I love Scrabble and other word games. It is perfect for me. I love the challenge of combining the tiles into clever words. Guiding the worm, collecting stars and gems, and sometimes playing with a timer are just the right amount of game to be a fun challenge. I’m grateful we can turn off the timer. The graphics are adorable and amusing. I love the worm’s exclamation points when I make a clever word or it gets trapped in a tight space and the little dance at the end. Even the tile explosion when the timer reaches the bottom is so well done it almost removes the disappointment of having failed the round. The only thing I’d change is being more generous with the bombs and tile switching potion. I feel like the app is trying to coerce me to buy them (which I won’t because I have no budget for video games) because in the first couple of countries I did have a large collection of them, but by the third my supplies dwindled and it has been hard to find them anymore. I’m still having fun though! Oh, and I love geography so the country theme is fun too! Update June 14, 2023: I love this game so much that I don’t mind at all starting all over with it when I upgrade my phone, as just happened (unlike other games I play like Wordscapes, which I was so glad it saves my progress in iCloud.) I even had around 80 each of potions and bombs because I rarely need them. All of my original review is still true and this is still my favorite phone game. It’s the best of all the Word Wow games too. I can add that I love that the advertising is very unobtrusive.
