Work Hours Tracking & Billing

Well worth using. Has lots of options. . I’m self-employed so time wasted on unnecessary distractions and inefficient administration is time I cannot charge for my services. I have created a project of called “ Time I should be working not doing ..... “. And allocate time to that activity. I was horrified at how much time and money I was wasting. Thank you for your app .Paid for itself many many many Times over. 👍😊

I've tried a few apps for keeping track of my hours worked and this one is the best! I work in construction and have to assign my hours to a few projects. This allows me to set jobs for each project and allocate hours accordingly. It's easy when I have to hand my timecard to payroll because I have my pay period all setup within the so I simply look at the reports and it gives the total hours worked. Only suggestion would to be able to change what intervals you can "clock in" and "clock out" at. I charge per 15 minutes so only need the option of 0:00, 0:15, 0:30 and 0:45.

As a babysitter I need something that will calculate my hours and how much I need to be paid. It also give options for if you worked in restaurants, childcare centres and other occupations that have regular breaks or overtime etc. Very good app worth the money to upgrade to unlimited jobs although if you have one job you wouldn’t need to upgrade probably. Love the app

I love this app. Super reliable. But it hasn’t been updated for IOS 15 and now I can’t get any of my work. Please help!

The first and most critical flaw is the lack of easy (or auto!) sync. When using this app on two devices, you have to manually back up the data on the most recently used device to the cloud, and then manually restore the data on the device you intend to use next. While these processes are generally quick, the margin of error increases exponentially by being required to do these steps every time. It’s tedious and shouldn’t be necessary. Major issue loses it two stars for me. And that’s generous, considering what this could cost in billing errors. The other improvement I’d recommend is more of a suggestion. On each job, there is the option to fill out a percentage for withholding. This number, if used, automatically deducts this amount from the total which would be sent to the person being billed. It would be nice if this feature had the option to calculate a withholding percentage without deducting it from the actual total that gets sent to the person being billed for the hours. For example, if I want to set aside 35% for tax purposes, I’d like to be able to send the gross amount off to the person being billed, and also be able to see how much of that money will be my net. This would just make it easy to keep my money and uncle sam’s money separate in my head from the moment I earn it. So if I were doing $1000 worth of work and sending the statement to the paying client through this app, it would still tell the, to pay $1000 but it would also show me the 35% withholding to be withheld by me, so I’d know that only $650 of that should be counted as liquid on my end. I’ve done a work around so that I have the visual - but it is tedious, too. What I do is set up the job twice, and duplicate the entries. In one I do it as zero withholding to indicate what the client will pay, and in the duplicate I have it calculate with the withholding, so I know how much of that money will actually be mine, after I pay my taxes... I hope this feedback results in improvements. And if it does, I will revise my two star rating and edit my review to praise the responsiveness of the developers. Thank you. The other is more of a recommended improvement that I’d like to see.

I use this app everyday at work to make sure I hit my 40 hours. Very easy to use!

There is no support for this app! None of the App Store support links or in app links to support work. The links take you to a generic page that has no support information or any contact information for support. There is no way to actually correspond or speak with anyone at Rapid Technolabs! If anyone at Rapid Technolabs monitors this review, please provide contact info to app support!

Great app to keep track of your hours working per day . Was a little difficult to figure out but did . Wish I could text hours but not option

I like the app so far. If I forget to clock back in from lunch on time I can always go back and change it. The one thing I noticed since I just finished a pay period, is that this app does not calculate overtime correctly. I make $16 an hour, so anything over 8 hours in a day would be paid at time and a half which would be $24 an hour. So 2 hours of overtime should be $48, the app calculates it at $16??? On the look out for a better app.
