Never seem to get any job assigned to me

The app feels outdated, as if it hasn’t been updated in a decade. Several issues significantly hinder its functionality. Notifications don’t work as expected they neither beep nor vibrate, despite being properly configured, which means I have to constantly check my phone for updates. Additionally, the app is still not compatible with the Apple Watch, which is a major limitation. What’s most frustrating is that I’ve seen complaints about these same issues dating back four years, and as of October 2024, no improvements have been made. The app is long overdue for serious updates.

It good when it works but has major delays

App will no longer send me a code to login. Can’t figure out customer support for this app. Very frustrating since it has worked great for last 8 months.

Doesn't open on IPhone 12 Pro Max with latest IOS updates, and somehow it just happened before personal tax deadline on Oct 15th. So now I am stuck using my browser for finishing up my taxes and have to stupid things to sign up the documents. very annoying

Very happy with this app. Helps me keep updated with all my jobs

Well I’m hoping things get fixed so I can come back and rate this app higher. Despite having all notifications set, I am not getting notifications. I have missed out on several opportunities. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app per support instructions to no avail. So NOW I’m trying to log in and when I click to log in with email it forces me to log in via Facebook and the keyboard is out of alignment. i reinstalled the app again. I have an iPhone XR and keep it updated. I have written tech support several times. They are very nice, but nothing has been solved. Needless to say I am very very frustrated.

I love how easy and convenient to use this app. The company itself is awesome! The staff is competent and professional. They definitely know what they’re doing. The only flaw is the chat box. It needs some debugging. Every time I wanted to send a message, it would not show up. I had to copy and paste my message until it shows up onto the chat history. Other than that, Golden! You’re going to love this one!
