You can do the first day and then you have to pay for the rest. Don’t download.
I like the different workout plans, but as far as I can tell, they are very similar so I’m not sure what’s the best fit even if it guesses for me. I like the progression of the workouts and the stickers and quotes are encouraging. I like how it works it’s own sound into my music. I don’t like that there are no instructional videos on how to do the workouts. Sure, there’s a demonstration but it doesn’t tell you how exactly to position yourself or what to clench or what not to. That could be potentially injuring. And the fact that I paid for the app makes it more concerning...like I had a free app that did that for me.
This app makes it simpler for me to workout, i tried a lot of workout apps and this is tge best in my opinion
I’m loving the app. The exercises are doable for someone as sedentary and out of shape as I am presently, and I feel stronger already after a week. Also I appreciate making one time purchase and not having to sing up for a membership/ monthly fees. The only two things I would like improved are: VOLUME: the volume is too soft and it can’t be adjusted independently. When I listen to music from Apple Music at the same time (on the same device), it’s very hard to hear the instructions. ARMS/UPPER BODY: I would like to see a series added just for arms/upper body. It seems to be the only group missing from the options. All in all, it’s a great app to exercise at home without equipment, and I strongly recommend it.

It doesn’t sync with Apple Health AND you can’t put your date in, it has a video (when it works, barely) of how to do the exercises but it doesn’t explain what to do (clenching, etc etc)—there’s no notifications, it’s very limited, very few exercises, not sure if it updates whenever you end a cycle? I paid for it and I’m going to contact customer service to get my money back, unfortunately. Maybe in a couple of years this will be a good one!
I don’t like how you have to pay for it -_- like I want to have a nice body but I have to pay to look nice .
I love this app it is absolutely amazing.The last app I had was good but it was nothing compared to this app.This app made me sweat this time and it actually motivated me to push.The other app I had was not good all it would do is tell me to workout.But I guess that’s what you’re supposed to but it did not motivate me at all.Thats why I love this app a lot better and I’ve been losing weight and this app is absolutely good.And you should totally get this app.I RECOMMEND
I’m loving it! It’s quick, progressive so it wasn’t too hard in the beginning but I could feel it was pushing my body just enough. I could feel it the next day but o wasn’t miserable, I was encouraged to keep going!
