Bad app
You have to pay to do anything! The app takes your information and then makes you pay for a subscription to even see the workout plan. Definitely do not get this app. And as a note to the developer, it would be nice if you could give a free option that isn’t just a trial but make incentives to give users the option to pay for a subscription.

The actual app is free to get but it puts you at a screen after sign in the tells you to pay for a trial and there isn’t a way to X out of it
