Apps store version is not working to review on leave entitlement feature, require to login on safari version to see on full feature.. very slow to respond for customer support, as reporting side cannot be customize as promise during pre-installation Only get time off record, there is no feature to record on staff on business travel (no request feature) Attendance record on PH, weekend is not capture, when we ask for support, no concrete reason on no attendance capture, as we raised ticket support still no solution given by Customer Service as they lack technical knowledge on system then they blame on their own programming..

My company buy on October 2024 but really disappointed the system seems to be causing a lot of errors,which is leading to delays in resolving complaints.This is frustrating for me and company!

Worksy apps always problem with clock in. location can't be detected

1. Lag 2. Not able to detect the WiFi connection despite numerous trials. 3. Not able to capture photo properly. Please get more users to provide 5 stars feedback for you because the honest reviews are going to top those soon.

Lousy Worksy. I’ve been having trouble clocking in lately with 401 code or no location detected or I’m trying to clock in on my phone but it shows I’ve already clocked in and out (from previous day). Do better Worksy.

Sometimes can clock-in/out, sometimes it couldn’t detect the assigned location. Most of the time it takes too long to capture the picture that my hand feels tired for holding up the phone waiting for it to complete. Had to logout then login few times for it to work. Such a waste of time 👎🏻

please tell me how to setting the camera for iphone? if i want to take selfie for clock in or clock out for work, the camera mirror. please tell me how to fix it.
