Fui a la cita y no me dieron mis monedas
No me dieron mis monedas ósea el dinero no me llegó a mi aplicación y fui a la entrevista hice todo lo que pidieron no me llegó me siento robada la verdad nadie me soluciona
Error al añadir pasaporte
Al momento de añadir el pasaporte, aparece ver un error cada vez que lo intento, he desinstalado la app, actualizarla y sigue igual, llevo 2 meses intentando pero el soporte de la app no da solución y han dejado de responder, si es posible que me ayuden por este medio, lo agradecería.
Necesito restaurar esta app cada vez que la instalo no me deja hacer el inicio necesito restaurarla
Tengo una cuenta verificada y cambie de equipo y ahí me me deja ingresar
LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE ES HORRIBLE
Tengo un problema para canjear mis monedas mensuales, ya que me sale un error que dice: "el paquete de custodia personal no está disponible en tu dispositivo." Me he contactado por tres días con los agentes de soporte. Los cuales solo saben copiar y pegar y no dan ningún tipo de solución acerca del problema por el cual uno se contacta. además se tardan muchas horas en responder, para finalmente no ayudarle a uno con el problema.
No tengo las manedas
Supuestamente después de 24 horas, según la información que brinda el personal de wordlcoin. Es ingresar a la app y tomar una foto y tendrás tus monedas.. tengo un iPhone y supuestamente que es el PRIMER IPHONE QUE PASA ESTO… necesito una solución de parte de está compañía, o tomaré decisiones legales. Necesito solución por favor.

Llevo varios días intentando reiterar de mi bóveda de usdc y no he podido, sale un error y no he podido

Con esa actualizacion de retiro me hiceron perdwr mis cryptos cuando trate de pasarlas a mi billerera de bnb
vaya, los errores
deberían hacer algo, más rápido las actualizaciones para solucionar errores o algún soporte que de verdad sirva.
Estafa
Luego de que retire mis fondos , después de unos días me metí a la aplicación y decía que actividad sospechosa, ya no me deja retirar mi bono mensual, estafa.
