I liked how fast and efficient isn’t they are BUT there’s a big thing. If you’re planning to transcript any medical or dental degree from foreign country make sure you DONT USE THIS platform. I wasted almost 1 year trying to go between JCNDE, ADA, and asking my coworkers how to get the things done. Until one lady told me they only accept certificates from ECE. SO IF THIS OS YOUR CASE, AVOID USING THEM. 😬

My degree should equal to a medical degree, because the courses which I have taken covers all subjects that should be covered in a medical degree in the US. But it was evacuated as public health, I don’t agree with that. Kasimu

They forgot to add a course or didn’t want to bother working properly. Very frustrating. They do not have email so I will have to wait until they open so I can call them. I want a proper service for the money I paid, so far they did nothing, just sent me an old copy of an old evaluation despite the fact that they had the new updated transcript AND specific information that I wanted the new course added to an existing evaluation. It’s as if they cannot read or don’t care .

Fast and accurate evaluation

Thieves. I really mean it. I sent all the documents by their rules, with a stamp on the back of the envelope like they told me to, put everything in a bigger envelope in order to send it from my address and they sprayed about 3 weeks ago the status to “not accepted”. Every time I try to talk to them over the phone they tell me they can’t help me and that I’ll send an email. When I send an email I receive after a week the same message without any explanation. I sent them a picture of the original envelope to prove it but they don’t really care- they already got their money. Shame on this company.

I'm totally disappointed with how long it takes to proceed from one stage to another in the evaluation process. A week or more to confirmed receipt of transcript, same length of time to verify each stage and delayed completion timeline as promised. Causing me a year delay and a waste of my widow's mite used in ensuring you had all you requested in less than 2days each time.
