The app is amazing; it’s easy to use and always working. I used since November 2020 and I’d been traveling since then!

I don’t understand why we have to pay while we are doing volunteer. Just doesn’t has sense.

no me gusta nada, pagas y no sabes si te van a coger, hay gente que dice cosas de ir desnudo…

As a volunteer user: - When I choose to get notifications about countries and dates the app switch off when I am going to introduce the period of time. - I can see a red dot on my profile picture but I can’t know what does it mean. - It should be compulsory that people answer to messages yes or no. As a volunteer you can lose opportunities waiting for an answer. - regarding to time hosts availability, the periods of time that appears available are a little bit misleading, normally they aren’t. Is there any way to get to know in what periods of time the host is getting more demand? so you can’t figure out better your chances.

La app es muy buena, el hecho de poder viajar a esos sitios y conocer otras culturas, aprender otros idiomas te cambia la vida. Es una pena que la app tenga tantos fallos, ya que a veces cuando intento aplicar a un hostel me aparece un mensaje de error tras haber rellenado todos los formularios requeridos por los anfitriones.

Están sobrevendiendo cupos para voluntarios, cada vez que vas a reservar y postular a fechas, están todos los destinos llenos y sin fechas. No es muy amigable con el que va viajando sin mucho rumbo. Requiere planificación de meses para poder agendar algo
