Wenn man alle Funktionen der App richtig freischalten möchte, muss man erstmal 50 Euro zahlen. Dies wäre auch völlig in ordnung, wenn die App richtig funktionieren würde und man nicht bei jeder Bewerbung die man macht grundlos rausgeschmissen wird und man kein text eingeben kann. Einfach schlecht programmiert.

Ich mag die App echt gerne aber kann sie seit neuestem nicht mehr öffnen, Hilfe

Ich benutze die App jetzt seit circa eineinhalb Jahren, und ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Super schöner Aufbau der App (vor allem besser als bei Workaway!), der Support antwortet super schnell und die Hosts sind echt gut! :)

Honestly I am a bit disappointed by the app/program: - Videos: they want to make you watch their „instructional videos“ for everything, everytime you apply for sth, they ask if you want to watch their videos to certify skills like how to work in a hostel; which feels a bit pushy and also the owners don’t care about it (I talked to some -they barely have the time to review every application in depth let alone the profiles) because they have to teach you anyways - many offers (at least in south and Central America) ask for a fee which is fine if it’s 5 or 10$ per day in an expensive country like Costa Rica but feels a bit uncomfortable anywhere else or if it’s 25$ a day, cause that’s most of the daily budget for a normal days traveling and now you get to pay that and also work 5h a day, it just feels like they are making money off you I feel there are some good options out there but especially the fees leave me disappointed because that is not what this is supposed to be

Before buying the app I thought it’d worked totally fine and found a host according to my filters. I paid 60$ just for the app to show me that none of my chosen hosts would be avaiable even though I had the filter on. Plus when I‘m searching a host it will show me hosts that don‘t even match the filter. I got the app because of a recommendation and am truly disappointed.

Everything worked well and I stayed for one month in portugal in a hostel. It was great!

I can’t apply through the app. Whenever I get to the second question by hosts, I don’t have the option to insert text or continue with the application process. For the price of the membership this issue really shouldn’t occur.

All in all good but when I try to update the departure date for a country the app crashes :/
