The app is really good......I would have given 5 stars however....after you have completed the 12 free puzzles I think it is very expensive asking for £14.99 for the rest of the puzzles. You don't even offer a free daily puzzle. I am sorry to say that I will have to delete the app due to the price. This is a shame because it has the makings of being very good.

This latest offering from Blue Ox maintains the high standards of their earlier puzzle apps. The programming is first class and the puzzle construction is very clever. I have tried hard to design a simple 4 by 4 tester myself and I have really struggled to complete the grid There are some very clever people over there in Maine. Well done! John BATES

Having played the free puzzles, I’ve now paid for the rest. So far, I’m enjoying them - tricky enough to be interesting but not so hard that I lose heart. If there’s a query, the developers are quick to respond. Their other games are good too and they’re worth supporting.

Usage would be facilitated if it were not necessary to tap the keyboard every time you’re searching for a puzzle letter. I understand the necessity for tapping the letter in the puzzle but not the keyboard.

I’m hooked on this game. It’s challenging & fun. I wasn’t sure about it when I first tried the free games. But as I got better at it, I really enjoyed playing it. I have to limit myself to one or two games a day so the pack will last longer. If you enjoy crossword puzzles, give this a try.

A quiet challenge, basic and simple. Good way to pass some time challenging word skills.
