As stated by many reviewers, app does not recognize info entered to access account. App is truly garbage. Too bad this hasn’t been rectified due to so many other complaints.

Can’t log in to the app but can log in on the website

A company such as this that people depend on should have a working app. We recently had an internet outage due to a storm and it would be nice to report the issue and get an estimated time as to when it will be repaired. Or even see an outage map! Even for simple things like paying bills. Get with it Wow!!!

The app will not let me login. I can log into the website fine but if I try on the app it won’t let me login. This app is a waste.

I can’t log into this app or the Watch WOW app, yet my login information is correct. FIX THIS!!!

Won’t find my account

Keeps telling me my email is wrong. I’m able to log in on the website but the same information does not work on the app.

The app simply does not work. It will not recognize my account, find it, or do anything. I can use the WOW website and log into my account just fine. I also tried the other WOW apps, they found my account, but I’m not set up for online media.

How do you even sign in? No place to create an account.
