Don’t expect any response or reply from support for this application. Contacted twice about inability to delete outdated links to expired videos from the storage of videos. Links last three days. Now since the application doesn’t always notify you of motion events you can’t delete what you don’t know has been recorded and stored. Was going to install more webcams but now not interested when they won’t support their application. Brent

The camera and light is awesome but the app to control both is so awful! The app makes you login every time you use it even left for 2 seconds and came back. Sadly this company cannot keep up with the upgrade and revolution of new and updated technology. I would not recommend this device to anyone just based on the awful app!

The support for the devices makes devices themselves completely useless. The latest update no longer allows me to see any recording history and the images now upside down. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall several times. Trying to update the app is useless.

This app is horrible!! I completely despise it. It constantly makes me set up my camera back on wifi even though it always has a 100% signal!! I will be smashing this camera and getting something else that doesn’t require me using worthless Chinese apps!!!!

Every time I enter verification code through app. Keeps giving me (Error 3840: the data couldn’t be reach because it isn’t in the correct format.( So I am about to return floodlight camera I bought from Walmart. Waste of time.

Bad update

Constant playback errors and other problems. Seems to get worse with each update. Do not recommend.

This thing needs major improvement. As of now it’s useless
