I cannot count the number of times I’ve had to switch from this app to another one to get something (GP details for instance) and when I switch back again after having filled out pages of details the app has reset its state and goes through the login process again meaning you’ve lost everything. Or today I just got to the end of the flow for requesting a GP, written a paragraph about my symptoms/previous treatments and get a generic “error has occurred” popup. I can’t save anything I’ve written. I can’t even click on the section I filled out with symptoms to just copy paste them to notes because the state has been reset on that text input and I can’t see anything I wrote so it’s effectively lost and I’ll have to write it all again. Add a save button and the concept of ‘in progress’ bookings or something - you can’t make people fill in big forms that are just ‘lost’ if you have a server-side issue. My takeaway from this is just to not use the app and use a browser/phone instead.

Constantly logs you out, always forgets login credentials. It’s not remotely intuitive. WPA as a service is very good, but the app is made by muppets

The new update since last week has ruined a perfectly serviceable app. Very slow and laggy now and can no longer make a claim on the app, as can’t get past the second page T&C’s. Have to go online instead now instead of using the app. Very disappointed in what was a very user friendly app.

Every other time we have an update something else gets broken!!! I am now unable to scroll to the bottom of the disclaimer page so I cannot process a claim! Just create an app that works then leave it the heck alone. It doesn’t need bells and whistles. It just needs to work.

I am trying to talk to a simple GP but I cannot using the app. In the website it says you can. Why making this impossible? I would suggest an improvement in your UI and UX. I know your answer will be it is there. ;) I am just telling I could not find it. So, for me, terrible app.

App seems completely broken. I can’t login. I have reset the password about 4 times now and still it doesn’t accept the password.

Installed the app. Logged in. Set up a pin. Opted to enable Face ID. Usually at this stage an app would invoke the Apple Face ID process but this app doesn’t do that. I find if I close the app and re open, it says some login details have changed (something like that) and I need to login in again. And the whole setup process repeats. Works fine uless you close the app but re logging in every single time and non functioning Face ID makes is a chore to use.

I can’t log in to the app as the keyboard covers the submit button for the 2FA code and it is not possible to scroll down! Please move the submit button to the top of the screen

Please avoid if you can. This is not a helpful app. Would advise not to use. Terrible. Thank you for reading. Bad experience. Zero stars.

Virtually every time I try to login it requires manual entry of login details, why can’t it use touch or face recognition to recall login info. Previous versions used to do this but later ones don’t.
