WRAL News Mobile

I like WRAL and liked their old app. The new app is slow, clunky, and overall is much worse than their previous app. Please go back to your old app.

I usually enjoy app updates, but this one has made me actually stop using the app. I used to read the news on the WRAL app at least five times a day, now every time I open it a video starts playing and the app is so unintuitive that I’ve stopped reading WRAL news altogether. Please please revert back to the old app. Edit- app keeps crashing and they don’t have the map showing exactly where the news happened anymore at the end of the articles. Just sad.

Minimizes while scrolling articles, don’t like the new format. Change is not always better. Articles are repetitive in each section,

I dont like the new layout. Please bring old layout back. 5 star for content, 1 star for Layout.

This app update is terrible. The hate it.

This new format is terrible. It just doesn’t look or work well for the viewer. Let’s go back to th wild format.

I am finding the new update of the app very hard to navigate. I’m hoping for an upgrade sooner than later or please go back to the old version. Using The Weather App instead for now.

Way too many ads to wade through to get to limited information. Links out to other websites or articles often don’t work

The app was recently updated (from a 5 star app) and is now buggy, constantly crashes, and the articles repeat. Just not as user friendly as the previous version.
