Wright-Patt CU Mobile Banking

I had to edit my review because after I posted it, I figured out the issue I was complaining about. So, never mind!

Too many updates to company policy or software changes to banking or cards that interact with using the app & cause issues. The business checking and new debit card fiasco this year really hurt productivity, 100% due to business banking with WPCU and policy that interfered with logins on the app and computers. You figured it out after a few weeks, we lost a lot of time. This is similar to decisions with your robo call system which locked us out for 3 days from accessing our cards. Everyone in the bank was helpful but they didn’t have answers, it went to the top. It seems there are policy changes or new adventures or updates WPCU embarks on and repairs things as they go, rather than testing things “offline” (however that needs to happen) to be certain new moves will not always result in crashes. It’s been common in the last 6-18 months from logins to deposits to cards…the business side is a mess for buisness owners. I hope the professionalism and preparedness improves because WPCU isn’t feeling like a solid option anymore, it feels like 2nd class banking…and whoever decided to consolidate business services to so few people that you cannot go into a branch to get help, or need to work around personal schedules…that’s backwards from where we started with you in 2012.

I will be cancelling my Wright Patt credit cards and am considering changing banks. I am incredibly disheartened that Wright Patt is becoming just like a big bank. They are no longer for their members. They are selling out our credit cards to third parties and you can no longer pay your credit cards directly from your account. You have to go through Plaid. My mortgage was sold. It’s just sad.

Wright Patt Credit Union used to be amazing. Things have changed over time and they recently made a move that shows they do not care about their members. Without any notice or consideration for their end users, they outsourced their credit cards. The pushed this as a benefit, but unfortunately it has been a total fiasco. They no longer have over-draft protection. Imagine that? Farewell Wright Patt! Thanks for the mortgages, car loans, motorcycle loans, checking, savings, HELOC, credit cards, and 24 years of great service. It was nice knowing you.

The app is much slower then in the past and internal transfers do not show up as fast as I once did. Getting a little untrusting in the bank at this time.

Please go back to the way things were before this new system is not more convenient nor does it offer me anything that is of any value I enjoyed being able to manage my accounts from the mobile app now this app is worth nothing. It doesn’t do anything for me and I miss the way things worked on the app before it was easy to take care of things the way I needed to now I am forced to go inside the building to take care of things. I do not like this new way

Agree with others being bummed about widgets not working with the latest iOS… I knew it’d be a slower fix than other bigger companies, but it’s been months now and still no mention of a planned update to get up to speed…?

Changing your credit card platform was a huge mistake. I stopped using my WPCU credit card.

I've been using this app for a long time now and I have never had any complaints. It gives you all the information about your accounts and you can even add cash back offers to your card.

I hate the newest app update. Especially reading through my credit card purchases. Please change!
