Good concept, terrible app
I have to open and close the app 3 times to get it to work. Not very reliable shifts as there is no work at the moment

Simply doesn’t work
The app is too buggy to function and is unusable at this time.
Constant glitch and spam
App was constantly glitching, freezing although I have a good phone and everything else worked fine, no problem with my device or internet connection and my email box was filling with 6+spam emails every day, I tried to resolve it with support, but been told that as long as I am on list, I have to receive them…. This is maybe a good idea, but so poorly and unprofessionally executed, that it really put me off.

Always reliable and efficient. Friendly staff also!
Awful app
I honestly don’t think I can give the app more than 1 star.. it’s really annoying to use & no matter how hard any of us try we cannot get shifts because they don’t show up even when we get emails saying shifts are available! Waste of time
Room for improvement
The app is amazing in terms of information and user-friendliness however sometimes it fails to clock in even if you are in the vicinity of your work. Secondly, the new shift updates come way after the shift was displayed on the app.
Excellent
Really enjoyed wokring with WrkWrk. Super flexible - ideal for working alongside university and balancing work/study/social life. Vanessa and the team are so helpful and accommdating!
Nonfunctional after opening it the 2nd time
The app is just hanging and not opening dashboard or shifts after downloading it, and imitating the first time. To access the functions in the app, I need to delete it and re install it every time I want to access it. That’s it. And have tried this with 2 iPhones and the same symptom persists.
Pretty poor app
Lots of glitches trying to load and find shifts, notifications and emails are delayed so shifts are often gone before you can claim them. If they are there the app is often non-responsive when trying to claim them. I have had this app downloaded for months and have not been able to successfully claim a single shift - deactivated as a result.
Terrible App
Idea Is good but rarely the app will ever open, it just loads non-stop and there is no contact from anyone at WrkWrk
