WUGA Public Radio App:
The WUGA Public Radio App allows you to listen to WUGA, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for WUGA all at once! You can explore On Demand content, bookmark a program for later, and wake up to WUGA with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!
• Listen to live streams from WUGA even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing – no clicks to start listening.
• Integrated program schedules for the WUGA stream!
• One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another stream with a single click.
• Listen to WUGA in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails!
On Demand
• Access WUGA’s programs easily and quickly.
• DVR-like controls. Pause, rewind and fast forward your program with ease.
• When listening to programs, individual segments (when available) are listed so you can review and choose one or listen to the entire program.
• Easy to access past programs.
• The WUGA Public Radio App displays the web page associated with the program or program segment you are listening to On Demand so you can explore for more information.
Radio Bookmarks
• Save what you were listening to (Live or On Demand) so you can replay, follow-up, or share it later by simply clicking “Bookmark”.
Additional features
• Easily share stories and programs with family and friends via the “Share” button.

Nice but kicks out occasionally
Like the app, easy to maneuver through but has problems with dropping the program on occasion. Don’t know if if it’s because of high band usage due shelter at home

I am so grateful for this invaluable resource. Entertaining, informative, relaxing- all at one stop on my radio. Thank you!!
Show interruptions
The “thank you for listening” promo sometimes plays three or four times on startup. The grant recordings play spontaneously in the middle of shows, sometimes two or three in a row. It’s incredibly disruptive.
Good App
I love this app. It allows me to catch my favorite NPR programs and donate to keep The station going.
Love having a dedicated WUGA app!
Very positive experience so far. User friendly, crashes rare. So far so good!
One major flaw
The incessant cut-ins for station identification make this app unusable. Fix that and this app gets 5 stars.
Easy way to get to Morning Edition
And other programs. Easy to use app.
