Garb it and start again

Very frustrating to use. Crashes repeatedly. Takes several minutes to check for notes because once you decide on a lecture, the app crashes if you try to go to the lecture summary.

On Sunday there was coffee outside the lecture halls which was great, but the rest of the conference it was Just at the very back of the industry hall. The conference Center is just too big to go there more than once in a morning. I would have appreciated if there was coffee outside the lecture halls in the morning. The Starbucks line ups were deadly! Even muffins/cookies at break time. Great conference, but that was my only pet peeve. It’s costly to come to these conferences and staying in the hotels I spent a small fortune on food-snacks would have been much appreciated! Loved it otherwise. Great job at keeping everything well organized and easy to navigate. Hope to come back next year!

Good content, navigating the site was easy, all the info I needed was there. Need a print option for slides/notes from sessions. Was unable to get the slides/notes to save to photos or send in email so that I could print.

Very helpful for the conference. Used it solely to choose what seminar to go to. Was extremely handy. Only downside was that the wireless network we were instructed to connect to kept disconnecting or kicking me off, so I had to connect to the Mandalay bay hotel wifi to stay connected.

Very user friendly, very well set up. Cannot think of any improvements. App definitely way better then last year. Kudos.

I lover the premise of this app. However, the log in process is inconsistent. I get different pages and processes each time and it takes a long time to get logged on. Ron

Drove me crazy for the first couple of days - couldn’t navigate, had to keep logging in every 2 minutes. Once I had uninstalled and then re-installed it things were better, but I had to go to tech support to get it sorted out.

I liked everything about this app except the CE part. It would take a day sometimes to add the sessions I attended, would miss some, and would add some I didn’t attend 2023 version: App doesn’t list what’s full or CE hours so had to go back and forth with the website which is much more cumbersome to use. Audience listing sometimes differs between the two. Within the app or website they are each inconsistent with the information they provide. App also almost always makes me sign in each time I go to it, even often if I leave it open. Then sometimes my data not there. Sometimes what I see is very different in appearance.

Why do I have to log in each time? This is ridiculous! There should be a way to look at whole day at a time or scan the week together. Doesn’t show how to get ce. Most lectures don’t have notes or don’t have easy link how to find them. Can’t figure out how to save the notes that I did get. Very poor design. Worst conference app yet.
