Why you guys have changed the sign in page so the auto fill info in iphone is not working anymore and info has to be filled manually? Why make the application worse after an update rather than make it better?

The search function in the app seems to be working better. It use to return some bizarre results on some very basic searches.

I’ve been dealing with Grainger a long time and the never seems to amaze me with getting there product to me as fast as they can.
Why a 4 and not a 5
Most corporate businesses tell their employees when it is raised time that since there is always room for improvement, they’re not going to an exceeds expectation rating so I feel the same way about surveys. There’s always room for improvement so you only get a meet expectation instead of an exceeds expectation. Which is a four instead of a five. You can’t expect the public to think any different than the bosses do.
