WW Tracker Scale by Conair

When I need to enter the weights manually I can’t use decimals numbers. They simply doesn’t record. My bet it’s due to the “,” characters or units conversions.

I analyze site and app performance for a living so I’ve seen it all. But it looks like this is just fraud if they’re continuing to sell a product for years when the digital functions don’t work and no one seems interested in fixing it. I’ve had this scale for several years and stopped using it a couple of years ago when it stopped syncing with the app. I just rejoined ww last week and thought surely this would be fixed by now but nope - same problem. It’s junk. Zero stars.

I have been using this scale for awhile now. For the last year it will not measure all the extras, i.e. water, BMI, body fat,etc. I want a scale that will do more then record you weight.

It does not sync to the scale and instead opens up a manual setting when tracking my weight

I bought it today, have had no issues that I've seen from other users rating 1 star. The bluetooth process was very easy, and I haven't had to input anything manually (they may automatically have "Manual Mode" on maybe). It let me set a goal for weight which was cool, and it also helps measure BMI, body fat, water weight, heart rate, bone mass, and muscle mass. Would recommend.

I am having difficulty because I have to sync my app to the scale every time I get ready to use it. And if I have it set on Bluetooth for my settings and my Bluetooth is turned on on my cell phone. I don’t understand why I have to ask it to do it every single time, I get on the scale. It should automatically sync. Also, I still have not been able to get the weight from the scale to sync and record on my Weight Watchers app. I am currently A lifetime member of Weight Watchers, but I am trying to get back to my goal weight. And I would like to be able to sync my weights in between going to weigh in at my workshop once a month.

It does not show my Body Fat, Muscle Mass, or Water Weight as it says it will. But overall App was easy to use with scale.

I had an app when I purchased the scale. All of a sudden the app was off my phone and I tried installing this one. This is the worst app i have ever tried installing. Don’t waste your money on that scale because the app won’t work! Zero stars!!!!

Can’t even get it to connect. Super frustrating and not user friendly. Keep getting an error stating: “ Error Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length.”
