Worst app and bad service

I booked a SIM card for Usa and I got delivered at my home. I checked many others companies plan but matrix given unlimited data and India calls in best price. Thank you matrix for making my journey easy and connected with my family.

I have enable my matrix sim- +44 7452327515. I have done recharge also. But still network doesn’t work . Not able to use data . Not able call any local and international number. Try to connect to customers support. That option is also not working.

I bought oxygen concentrator from their app worried if I’m being scammed. But they successfully delivered it to me( I picked it up from their warehouse in Delhi) same day. Their prices are also fair whereas these days black marketeers are charging 3-4x the price atleast for the same concentrator. Great job team

I used the app for delivery in Delhi and was blown away by the speed at which it was delivered. Not only was the service more than prompt but the delivery person was exceptional. He was very courteous and surpassed all levels of hygiene, wore an n95 mask, gloves and even carried a pocket size sanitizer!, 5 stars for them

Hi I ordered a sanitising machine and paid online but could not find my order details. Can you please help me to find my order and it’s delivery details.

The staff don’t have knowledge and they debited my credit card twice . Staff said it would be reversed. I wrote to the company but they are quite fraud company don’t buy you will be cheated 100% no free calls !!!

The App is by far the best travel App and has amazing shopping offers in Bicester village UK. Highly recommend App for travel.

Never take matrix SIM card. This company is cheating customers.

Lied by the store person that will get 5 mins calls to India n unlimited wishing Thailand.. what a shame.. whenever u try to make a call it says no sufficient balance..
