X10 Linked

App immediately crashes on my iPhone 6. Tried power off/on and delete/reload with no result. Is it just me?

First of all, let me say I really like X10 products generally. I have used the products for home automation for over three decades, even when the company went bankrupt for a few years, the. Came back. I started using the cameras several years ago. The problem with cameras losing connection continues unfortunately. When they work, they work really well. When they don’t….we’ll, they don’t. The latest quirk in the app is that when you try to view the camera in landscape mode, the image flips sideways on the screen. The company is aware of this, but it doesn’t seem to be a priority to fix the problem . I recently purchased a Wyze camera. Very happy with those cameras. Less expensive, and customer support is much better. Wish X10 would get their act together re: their cameras. I don’t really want to change to a different system but need to see evidence of better customer support from X10.

On my IPad it will only display small unless you turn your IPad at a weird angle then it will display upside down at full screen. Have written tech support about this and either they don’t care or can’t fix this. I have a $30 dollar camera from Wallmart that will display full screen properly but it has no card slot for recording and is not for outdoors.

Review this is my second camera this one works worse than the first one this is complete color the other had no color to pieces of crap.

Don’t purchase this camera until product support improves

U may get 6 months of this camera WORKING BUT after THAT SEVERAL FUNCTIONS QUIT WORKING. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY 😡👎🏿 NOT WORTH A STAR!

So far this Camera is working well in the Michigan Winter. I am looking forward to more innovation from this company.

Been using the app for quite a long time, but the latest 11/30/18 update causes it to crash after selecting a camera view and watching for less than a minute. Wish I could back out this update! These cameras go offline constantly and this crash just ticks me off even more! I'm using an iPad2 with iOS 9.3.5

I tried to rest new password device doesn’t allow it. Only will let me use simple lowercase numbers and won’t let me use symbols!

Have major issues with this app. Cameras will go days without working/connecting to server. Then will work fine for months at a time. Everything says it's connected but still won't load on this app. Wifi works with everything else in house but these cameras need to connect to X10's server for some reason and that is where the issue always comes up. Love it when it works though! Being able to watch multiple cameras at once would be nice, or swipe through to the next like you used to be able to do before the update.
